Harper Brighton Investments, LLC is a family-held, private investment fund specializing in commercial real property acquisitions. Currently, HBI owns several multi-family assets in the Greater Philadelphia area, as well as some select office buildings and special-purpose facilities.

 

HBI’s strategy to-date has been to keep acquisition opportunities narrowed both in terms of deal size and geographic markets. And while this has allowed for a greater oversight of its holdings, it has forced HBI’s strategic investors to pass on several advantageous acquisition opportunities.  To that end, HBI has recently established joint-venture partners for the purpose of having a ready equity pool to co-invest in larger, targeted commercial assets.
